Welcome to Vet Academy Bangladesh.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms related to course enrollment, payment cancellation, and refund procedures for all users of our platform.

By purchasing any course, training, workshop, or subscription from Vet Academy Bangladesh, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Course Enrollment

After successful payment, students will receive access to the selected online course, live class, training session, or educational materials available on the platform. Access details may be provided instantly or within a reasonable processing time through email, dashboard access, or direct communication.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made accidentally
  • Technical issue from our platform resulting in failure of course access
  • Payment deducted but enrollment not completed
  • Course canceled by Vet Academy Bangladesh

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 (three) days of payment.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be applicable in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after enrollment
  • Failure to attend live classes
  • Partial course completion
  • Dissatisfaction due to personal preference
  • Lack of internet/device compatibility on the user side
  • Downloaded or accessed premium learning materials
  • Discounted or promotional courses

Once a student accesses course content substantially, the payment shall be considered non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Students may request cancellation before course access is activated.
Once course access or live session participation has started, cancellation may not be accepted.

Vet Academy Bangladesh reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course, live session, or training program due to unavoidable circumstances, instructor unavailability, technical issues, or operational reasons.

In such cases, participants may receive either:

  • Rescheduled access, or
  • Partial/full refund depending on the situation.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days through the original payment method, mobile banking, bank transfer, or other suitable payment channels.

Processing time may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, or financial service providers.

Payment Gateway & Transaction Security

All payments made through our platform are processed via authorized payment gateway providers.
Users are responsible for providing accurate payment information during transactions.

Vet Academy Bangladesh shall not be liable for transaction failure caused by:

  • Incorrect payment information
  • Banking issues
  • User-side technical problems
  • Third-party payment service interruptions

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

Any disputes arising in connection with the use of this website or services shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
